All of our agents hold one or more industry certifications and are required to be Comptia A+ or Microsoft certified.  Some members have also achieved brand certifications including Dell/Alienware, Hp/Compaq, and IBM/Lenovo.

Our service rate is in our name.  Labor is billed at $30 per hour with a maximum rate cap of $150 (5 hours). On average, most issues are resolved within the first 2-3 hours. This rate includes unlimited issues affecting up to 2 devices or systems.

 

We stand by our support and will guarantee most work for a full 30 days with no hassle and no additional charge.
